JETA Corporation Initiatives

2008Warehouse Lighting Project
Removed all 500 watt mercury vapor lighting to 4 fixture T8 with motion and thermal sensors
2010Recycling Program
Provided waste container for trash and recyclables at each work station
2012Office Expansion & Remodel
Added 2,000 sq ft and remodeled the existing space with an insulation improvement.
2012Furnace & Air Conditioner Replacements
Replaced furnace and air conditioning with Carrier energy efficient units to balance air flow throughout the offices
2012Toilet Upgrades
Upgrade to low flush toilets in all bathrooms.
2013Warehouse & Parking Lot
Replace all gas-forced air heating systems in the warehouse and truck garage with infrared heat.
2013Parking Lot
Phase 1 – parking lot upgrade: change out 1/3 from asphalt surface to concrete. This project is a part of a 3-year upgrade to eliminate the oil-base product that needs upgrades and constant repair to a long-term solution that we believe to be environmentally friendly while also reflecting heat away from our facility in a similar fashion as the light-colored roof on our office and warehouse. Phase 2 & 3 scheduled for 2015 & 2016
2013External Lighting
All external security lighting was replaced with LED technology.
2014Exterior Building Office Area
All window and EIFS were caulked and sealed to eliminate cold air flow and water damage.
2015Recycling Program / Waste Reduction
Updated all accounts to submit paperwork electronically whenever possible
2015Gasoline Reduction Initiative
Purchased Box Truck to reduce the number of delivery trips made by our Wisconsin warehouse
